• The Premium Grade Grip Plates included are as follows: (2) 45 lb., (2) 35 lb., (2) 25 lb., (2) 10 lb., (4) 5 lb., and (2) 2.5 lb. Olympic VTX-GO-V Plate Weights.  (5 lb. and 2.5 lb. plates do not have grip feature)
• Two TOZC-1/2 Spring Collars
• One GOB-86 7' Olympic Bar
